Conditions for return and exchange of goods
At the nike.pl.ua online store, we value our customers and strive to provide comfortable shopping. If the product you received does not fit, you can return or exchange it in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
In what cases is a return or exchange possible?
Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order under the following conditions:
The product has not been used and is in marketable condition (no signs of wear, scratches, or abrasions).
The original packaging , all labels and components are preserved .
There is a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
Non-returnable items
According to the law, the following are not subject to return:
Personal hygiene products (socks, underwear, etc.).
Products that have been used and damaged are not due to manufacturing defects.
How to make a return or exchange?

Please provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
Send the goods via the delivery service agreed with the manager.
After checking the product, we will issue a refund or exchange for a different size/model.
Who pays for return shipping?
In case of return for personal reasons of the buyer (the size did not fit, did not like the color, etc.), the customer pays for delivery.
Refund period
After receiving and checking the goods, the funds are returned within 10 working days to the buyer's bank card.
